VBIB-32.basをVB.netで使用したい

i worked out my project with the method writen by Mr./Ms.K.
but i got a other problem when my program go into the Gpib-32.dll
my program is stopped sometimes.if i restart my computer everything become Ok.
i don't know what is happened.
